嚴選頂級日本、澳洲和牛,堅持全程低溫冷藏,每分每秒都讓牛肉離完美的熟成風味更進一步。我們堅持讓牛肉經過40天左右的熟成時間,讓肉質更柔軟,味汁更濃郁。並以整頭和牛一頭燒的模式來處理,依照牛肉各部位的肌肉紋理、特性,開發出各種分切方法及獨門吃法,目的在於提供最美味的牛肉給喜愛KANPAI CLASSIC的您。
- 「釜飯」—品牌創始招牌釜飯。
日本對於米飯的熱情展現出一貫的工匠精神,品牌精煉日本傳統釜飯料理,選用「日本北海道七星米」與雞高湯一起炊煮,是到老乾杯不可錯過的美味招牌之一。
- 「滿壽泉」—獨家代理的金賞日本酒

We uphold the highest standards by carefully selecting premium Japanese and Australian Wagyu beef, ensuring quality from the ranch to the table. Our commitment to maintaining low-temperature refrigeration throughout the entire process enhances the natural aging flavors of the beef throughout each moment. We believe in letting the beef to mature for approximately 40 days, allowing the development of amino acids to enhance the delightful flavors and tenderizing the meat. Artisans devote their time and effort to studying beef, processing whole cattle in a manner to honoring the entire animal. By meticulously considering the muscle texture and characteristics of each part, they develop various cutting methods and exclusive cooking techniques. - Masuizumi,”the award-winning Japanese sake, exclusively represented by Kanpai
Named after the pristine waters and rice of Mount Fuji, meaning "spring of happiness.", winning the gold award by the Review Committee for consecutive years since 1972. Masuizumi was the first sake introduced when the brand opened in 2005. Its flavor harmonizes perfectly with the sweet taste of Wagyu fat and has since become one of the brand's exclusive signatures.
