為何要在「乾杯」之前綴上一個「老」字?有一次聽到較年長的貴賓於乾杯表示:「雖然我好喜歡乾杯,但是周圍客人都是年輕人,像我這樣的老人家出現在這裡,真的覺得有些不好意思。」
我們一直反覆思考,要如何將這份美味的「感動」傳達給較年長的貴賓呢?而「老」,絕非壞事,反而是代表經驗的傳承與智慧的象徵,於是我們設計一個專屬經過歲月洗鍊的「成熟大人的聖地」,因此於「乾杯」前,綴上一個「老」字。來到老乾杯,變老;也是件很美好的事!
